Kelly & Connie McClelland are finishers, or second-career missionaries. After a successful business career in sales and as a headhunter leading a branch office of an international search and placement firm, God came calling!

At the age of 35, God revealed Himself to Kelly in a supernatural way which changed their lives forever. Since 1988 they have been in full-time missions ministry including 10+ years in Indonesia, the world’s largest Muslim populated country.

Kelly is a graduate of Purdue University, Rhema Bible Training Center, and is completing graduate studies in Missiology at Biola University. In 2004, the McClelland’s returned to the USA to begin service on the leadership team of PIONEERS. This is a missions agency based in Orlando, Florida with over 2000 missionaries serving in over 70 countries. Connie has a Certificate from Rhema Bible Training Center and a BA in Theology from Christian International School of Theology. Both are ordained ministers of the Gospel.

As Vice President of Church Resources, Kelly led several PIONEERS ministries including PIONEERS Church Partnerships, Caleb Resources, The Encounters Group (Encountering the World of Islam), and the ACMC conference team. Connie served as Kelly’s Assistant and together they travel extensively speaking in missions conferences and events.

In late 2010, after another spiritual encounter, the Lord led Kelly to resign from Pioneers and launch Transition Time Coach. Through this outreach, he coaches missionaries, pastors and ministry workers in career and ministry transitions. He also coaches and works with church leaders in team building and leadership for local churches.

In addition, the McClelland’s are still personally involved in ministry to bless the people of Indonesia and Southeast Asia with the Good News! As very active members of Pine Castle United Methodist church they teach, minister and assist the leadership in a variety of ways.
